I work with individuals and families across the lifespan to help them better understand their emotions, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change. My approach is evidence-based, client-centered, and focused on practical growth and emotional resilience.
Mayren Fraguela-Lam is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Addiction Professional, and Florida Board Qualified Supervisor, licensed in Florida since 2015. She is the founder and Clinical Director of B & M Health Services Inc, where she is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate, and accessible mental health care across Florida.
Her clinical experience includes individual, family, and couples therapy, with a focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, anger management, and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. She utilizes evidence-based interventions to support emotional regulation, resilience, and long-term behavioral change.
In addition to her clinical work, Mayren provides supervision and mentorship to registered mental health interns and behavior analysts. Her leadership reflects strong clinical standards, ethical practice, and a commitment to developing competent, well-rounded mental health professionals

My approach is client-centered, practical, and grounded in evidence-based care.
Gleydis Gonzalez Santana is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Florida Board Qualified Supervisor (QS), licensed in Florida since 2019. She brings a strong clinical foundation as a foreign-trained psychiatrist from Cuba, offering a broad and integrative perspective on mental health treatment.
At B & M Health Services Inc., Gleydis provides therapy to adolescents, adults, and families experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. She utilizes evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients achieve sustainable emotional and behavioral growth.
Known for her warm, compassionate, and structured therapeutic style, Gleydis creates a safe environment where clients can explore difficulties, build resilience, and develop practical tools to support long-term emotional well-being.

Claudia Boye is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with a strong background in behavioral health, crisis intervention, and client advocacy. She has worked in inpatient and residential mental health settings, supporting adolescents and adults during acute mental health crises, including providing stabilization services and facilitating therapeutic groups focused on anger management, emotional regulation, and coping skills.
Her clinical approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Claudia also incorporates trauma-informed care to support individuals with a history of adversity and emotional distress.
Fluent in Spanish and experienced in working with diverse populations, Claudia is committed to creating a compassionate and empowering therapeutic environment that promotes healing, resilience, and personal growth.

Zuleika Rosa is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Fluent in Spanish, she has extensive experience working with diverse populations, including children’s crisis services and individuals impacted by substance use, human trafficking trauma, and complex behavioral health needs.
Her professional background includes roles as a behavioral health technician, crisis unit supervisor, and therapist providing individual and group counseling for children, adolescents, and adults. She has facilitated WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan), anger management, emotional regulation, and coping skills groups in both crisis and outpatient settings.
Zuleika utilizes an integrative, trauma-informed, evidence-based approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered Therapy.
