Her professional expertise spans individual, family, and couples therapy, with specialization in areas such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, anger management, and dual diagnosis. Guided by evidence-based practices, she focuses on empowering clients to build resilience, strengthen coping strategies, and achieve meaningful life changes.

Beyond her clinical work, Mayren serves as a mentor and supervisor for registered interns and behavior analysts, helping shape the next generation of mental health professionals. Gleydis Gonzalez Santana, LMHC QS

Gleidys Gonzalez Santana is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Florida Board Qualified Supervisor (QS), licensed in Florida since 2019. She brings a strong clinical background as a foreign-trained psychiatrist from Cuba, enriching her practice with a broad perspective on mental health care.

At B & M Health Services Inc., Gleidys provides therapy for adolescents, adults, and families coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. She integrates evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies, to support clients in achieving meaningful and lasting change.

Claudia Boye, RMHCI

Claudia Boye is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with a strong background in behavioral health, crisis intervention, and advocacy. She has worked in inpatient and residential mental health settings, supporting both adolescents and adults through acute mental health crises. Her experience includes providing immediate stabilization in crisis units and leading group therapy on anger management, emotional regulation, and coping strategies.

Claudia practices an integrative, evidence-based approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She also incorporates Trauma-Informed Care to better support individuals who have experienced adversity.

Fluent in Spanish and experienced in serving diverse populations, Claudia is committed to creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered in their healing journey.

Zuleika Rosa, RCSWI

Zuleika Rosa is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with over 10 years of experience in mental health. Fluent in Spanish, she has worked extensively with diverse populations in children’s crisis services, supporting individuals facing substance use, human trafficking trauma, and behavioral health challenges.

Her background includes roles as a behavioral health technician, crisis unit supervisor, and therapist providing individual and group counseling for children, teens, and adults. She has led WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan), anger management, emotional regulation, and coping skills groups.

Zuleika uses an integrative, trauma-informed, evidence-based approach, drawing from CBT, SFBT, DBT, ACT, and Person-Centered Therapy. She is committed to creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow.
