Bio:
I am a mental health therapist in private practice, specializing in working with athletes and individuals navigating high-performance anxiety across the lifespan. My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness-based practices to meet each client where they are and tailor treatment to their unique needs.
As a retired NCAA athlete who competed to the Elite 8, I understand firsthand the pressure, identity, and mental demands that come with performing at a high level. This perspective allows me to connect deeply with clients facing performance-related stress, life transitions, and the complexities of balancing ambition with well-being.
I also work with individuals processing trauma and navigating significant life changes, helping them build insight, resilience, and more adaptive patterns. As a new mother, I bring an added layer of empathy and respect for the evolving roles and identities people carry.
I value the therapeutic relationship above all. Recognizing that each client is placing trust in me during some of their most vulnerable moments. My goal is to create a space that feels supportive, genuine, and grounded, while also encouraging meaningful growth and lasting change.
