Bio:
I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and collaborative. I work with individuals and families across the lifespan to help them better understand their emotions, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change. My approach is evidence-based, client-centered, and focused on practical growth and emotional resilience.

Claudia Boye is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with a strong background in behavioral health, crisis intervention, and client advocacy. She has worked in inpatient and residential mental health settings, supporting adolescents and adults during acute mental health crises, including providing stabilization services and facilitating therapeutic groups focused on anger management, emotional regulation, and coping skills.

Her clinical approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Claudia also incorporates trauma-informed care to support individuals with a history of adversity and emotional distress.

Fluent in Spanish and experienced in working with diverse populations, Claudia is committed to creating a compassionate and empowering therapeutic environment that promotes healing, resilience, and personal growth.
